What I will be doing:

This December, I will be traveling to Rwanda to work with street kids and vulnerable kids in their soccer teams, and helping develop their coaches.  I will also be helping develop a training program for American youth so future groups can impact the street kids in innovative ways.

Why I am going:

I have a passion for soccer, so I have been looking for a place in my life to use that.  When I heard about Play For Hope, I was immediately drawn to it.  It would give me the opportunity to use my passion for soccer to help fulfill my desire to bless and serve kids in Rwanda.  I hope that by doing something that is important to me, kids will feel loved and touched, and maybe even discover passions of their own through this sport.
